We rely on the time and effort put in by our staff. This is why we are committed to providing quality training within the first six months, to ensure that all members of staff have received adequate training to put them in a suitable place to provide the best quality of service.<\/p>

All our support workers go through rigorous checks during the recruitment process, to ensure that they hold the relevant qualifications which make them competent workers. In addition, we provide fair pay to all staff members, not only for the work put in but to ensure that they remain committed at all times.<\/p>

As a team, we strive to work in a partnership with others, recognizing strengths and promoting the needs, interests and self-development of young people.<\/p>

We carry out regular spot checks to monitor carers, and also to ensure compliance.
