Our services will build on the skills young people currently have and assist them in becoming successful as they continue on with their life\u2019s journey. Arising Care firmly believes that youth deserve the opportunity to live in a respectful, peaceful, and caring environment where they can get the support they need.<\/p><p>While participating in Transitions, young people are supported by a mentor\/support workers. Who \u00a0are there to assist them with goal setting and achievement, problem solving and overall, to help them accomplish success. Arising Care also has several other programs that young people can participate in including health and fitness, cooking, skills upgrading, employment, and many more.<\/p><p>What\u2019s in it for young people\u2026.\u2026<\/p><p>Young people will gain the skills they need to live independently and have access to support to help them achieve their
