He has work for both the NHS and private sector for over 10 years. Providing care services and support to individuals with mental health diagnoses and challenging behaviour. He is a registered mental health nurse and he is registered with Nursing and Midwifery Council and the Royal Colleague of Nursing.

Our Team Leader has extensive experience of working with young people – mini-adults with complex needs and challenging behaviour. Our service is fully supported by the management team to create and implement a reboot and streamline record keeping, assessment and intervention process that meets young people’s needs. The impact of doing so has ensured effective time management for our team and staff members.

As a service, we ensure that the care package for young people meets their full potentials and needs, regardless of starting point, and enable an environment which celebrate the young person’s every milestone, no matter how small it may be. We endeavour to ensure that every child feels listen to and know that their opinion is valued and taking into consideration when making decisions about the way they chose to live.
