We rely on the time and effort put in by our staff. This is why we are committed to providing quality training within the first six months, to ensure that all members of staff have received adequate training to put them in a suitable place to provide the best quality of service.
All our support workers go through rigorous checks during the recruitment process, to ensure that they hold the relevant qualifications which make them competent workers. In addition, we provide fair pay to all staff members, not only for the work put in but to ensure that they remain committed at all times.
As a team, we strive to work in a partnership with others, recognizing strengths and promoting the needs, interests and self-development of young people.
We carry out regular spot checks to monitor carers, and also to ensure compliance. All our staff are required to achieve enhanced DBS clearance.
We provide candidates with all the up to date training/refresher that is required for both our qualified, part qualified and unqualified staff. Areas of training as follows:
Applicants should have 6 months UK experience of service provision in the care profession
Training in health and safety risk assessment
Must have an NVQ level 2
UK Driving Licence (optional)
MUST be hard working, reliable, and flexible and have the ability to work independently.
