St Osburgs House is a family style house. Situated in Lower Stoke area of Coventry, West Midlands. The property features, 3 bedrooms, lounge, kitchen and toilet downstairs. The accommodation is fully furnished and completely refurbished with a fully equipped kitchen and staff office, specious bedrooms that can be decoded to the bespoke needs of each individual young person and well painted communal areas.
Each young person has their own bedroom with a lock on the door. The young people share the communal areas of the kitchen, lounge, and bathroom/toilets. The accommodation is fully furnished and decorated to a good standard. The accommodation is provided with all the usual kitchen appliances, pots, pans etc. Bedding and towels are provided for the young people if they do not have any of their own.
The accommodation is highly and thoroughly inspected quarterly. The service includes onsite staff members whose role is to manage risk, work in partnership with the young person’s professional support circle, and family members. Monitors the young person activities and pay particular attention to supporting the young people with day to day living to ensure they grow and develop in required areas. Our staff are trained to de-escalate and or seek to prevent all potential challenging situations and accidents before the occur. Our services are linked to our emergency out of hours/on call team. Each home will have manned out of hours contact number; manager is able to visit the home in an emergency if deem necessary.
24hour on call system available to young people. Arising Care employs a team of Support Workers who support the young people in our Supported Accommodations to develop the practical and emotional skills required to live independently and reach their full potentials.
Kingsway House is a 4-bedroom family style terrace home in Coventry, West Midlands. 2 rooms will be occupied by young people with the third room as emergency room. The forth room will be used for office space. The accommodation home benefit from Wi-Fi. There is a phone that young people can use to contact emergency services. Cleaning products are provided to maintain the cleanliness of the accommodation.
