Supported Accommodations

Our Supported Accommodation Service provide a safe place to live for young people leaving care. Our team of highly trained support workers provide Arising Care residents with 24/7 assistance in a comfortable shared family style accommodation. Our support workers help in day-to-day living, whilst fostering a sense of independence for young people by helping them find stability in managing daily life in the community. Arising Care services are available for open referral and are funded under local authorities. As a leading provider of supported accommodation, we have homes in Coventry, West Midlands.

These services operate under a closed referral pathway, in partnership with the local authorities. This service is a voluntary transition to an independent living program. This program will build on the skills that the young person already has and assist them in becoming successful as they continue with their life’s journey. Arising Care believes that young people deserve the opportunity to live in a respectful, peaceful and caring environment where they can get the support they need.

While living in one of our transitional supported accommodation, young people will have access to a key worker. The key worker will support them with goal setting and accomplishment, problem-solving and achieving success. Arising Care provides opportunities for young people to participate in all our support programs such as leisure, health and fitness, cooking, life skills upgrading, employment and other related activities.
